Yes. All dogs must complete a temperament evaluation prior to joining daycare or boarding to ensure they are a good fit for our play groups.
Yes. Dogs and cats must be up to date on required vaccinations unless medically exempt due to allergies or immune conditions.
Absolutely. We encourage owners to provide their own food, clearly labeled by meal. We also offer Hill’s Science Diet for an additional fee.
Yes. We administer oral and topical medications at no extra charge, provided they are clearly labeled with instructions.
Yes. Boarding and daycare customers have access to our live webcam system via the Play Cam portal.
A late pickup fee of $10 per 15 minutes applies after closing time, subject to availability.
Yes. Cats are housed in a separate, quiet area away from dogs.
Yes, cat grooming is available with trained staff.
Dogs with behavioral challenges may be accommodated depending on temperament and safety considerations. All dogs are evaluated individually.
Prepaid daycare and boarding packages are non-refundable, but unused balances can be applied toward other services or retail.
