DOG & CAT REQUIREMENTS
Boarding & Grooming
1.1 Behavior

Well Socialized. Cannot be of harm to others.

Well Behaved.
1.2 Spayed / Neutered

Female dogs and cats must be neutered.

Male dogs and cats must be neutered.

Dogs younger than 6 months do not have to spayed or neutered.

Cats younger 8 weeks do not have to spayed or neutered.
1.3 Vaccinations

Dog must have rabies, distemper, and Bordetella vaccination that are up-to-date.

Cat must have rabies, distemper, Bordetella, and FPV vaccination that are up-to-date.

Exceptions are dogs/cats with weakened immune systems or an allergy to a vaccination.
1.4 Nail Length

Dog nails should be trimmed, as they could be dangerous in the play area.

1.5 Fleas and Ticks

Dog and Cat without fleas and ticks.

2.1 Hours of Operation

2.2 Holiday Hours
During major holidays, our lobby is closed for grooming, self-serve baths, and daycare services.
Boarding services remain open, and our staff will still be here caring for all of our boarding guests.

2.3 Security

Dogs entering or exiting our facility must be on leash.

For security reason, proper photo identification may be requested to release dog.
2.4 Payment and Refunds

A valid credit card must be put on file during check-in.

Daycare and boarding prepaid packages are non-refundable, but the unused balance can be used to purchase other services or merchandise offered in our store.
2.5 Food and Medications

We encourage owner to provide their own dog food. Please bag the food in sealed sandwich bag with labels by meal.

For additional charge, we provide Hill’s Science Diet Dog food $1.50 per meal for small dogs below 15 lbs and $2.50 dogs above 15 lbs. Please let us know how often you want us to feed your dog.

Please let us know if you dog eats within one hour prior to coming to our daycare. This is to prevent bloat which can be caused by playing too quickly after eating.

We would be happy to administer oral and topical medications for your pets at no charge, but please provide medication in the original packaging and include the pet’s name, dosage, schedule, and method. First time daycare and boarding clients must submit a signed service agreement.
2.6 Tours and Temperament

Tours are welcome.

Dogs must be able to pass a temperament test prior to admittance. Please schedule a meet-and-greet prior to admittance. Temperament testing is to find our if your dog can fit in our play group.
2.7 Late Pick-Up Fee
There is a late pick up fee of $10 per 15 minutes after stated close time. (Subject to availability)
